Windows Insiders get a new preview release of Windows 10 for Desktop
The company has restarted the Insider program for PC and tablets
Three weeks after Microsoft started distributing Windows 10 to PCs and tablets around the globe, the company has released a new version to those users who are part of the Windows Insider program.
The program, which now has over 4 million users, gives all Insiders an early access to Windows 10 builds to test new functionalities and provide valuable feedback.
The new version for Insiders is 10525. This build includes a number of fixes and performance improvements – most notably in the memory management department. Users also have more options for Colors – they can set the default color for Start, Action, Task and Titlebars. Go to Settings > Personalization > Colors
Windows 10 Build 10525 also has some small issues: mobile hotspot doesn’t work and optional language packs will be available from next week.
Meanwhile, Windows 10 has already taken over 5% of the global market with over 53 million installations in just three weeks.
