Windows 10’s camera app now has a camera-rotation menu

Windows Insiders can now download and test the new version of the Camera app for Windows 10. The update bumps the app to version 2018.426.70.0, which, according to the change log, includes some new features and improvements. There is a new menu to rotate the camera for photos and videos. You can choose between 90, 180 or 270 degrees from the drop-down menu in Settings. With this update, you can also take a photo by holding down the camera button.

While Windows Camera has not been updated for over a year on Windows 10 Mobile, Microsoft is still improving the app for Windows 10. This, and other phone-centric apps, should play a major role in the Andromeda folding mobile device expected in late 2018.
