Windows 10 Mobile Fall Creators Update starts rolling out to everyone
Microsoft has released Windows 10 Mobile Version 1709
After months of internal and public testing, Microsoft has finally released the Fall Creators Update for Windows 10 phones with build 15254.1. The update appears as “2017-10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for arm-based Phone Devices‘, and it has just begun rolling out to the wider audience after it hit the Insider program on October 17.
Microsoft already released the update for PCs, bringing many new features and improvements to Windows 10 PC. Unfortunately, the mobile version is much smaller in terms of features, although there are many fixes included in the changelog you can find below:

To update your smartphone to version 1709 you go to Settings → Update & Security → Phone Update. Make sure you’ve fully charged your battery and you have at least 2GB free storage to avoid unexpected issues. Just like the PC version, Windows 10 Mobile will also get the update in waves, so you may have to wait some days.
