The public roll out of the update is imminent

One day after the Fall Creators Update reached the first supported Windows 10 PCs, Microsoft is almost ready to release the update to smartphones running Windows 10 Mobile. Windows 10 Mobile ‘Creators Update Fall 2017’: Changelog

The update appears as “2017-10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for arm-based Phone Devices‘. It’s currently live only for Windows Insiders, but it could be unleashed to the general public very soon. Keep in mind that just like any other Windows update, the Fall Creators Update is also rolling out in waves, so you may have to wait a couple of days before the update reaches your device.
