Microsoft has uploaded the ISO files for Windows 10 Creators Update on the servers
Microsoft is preparing the release of the Creators Update for Windows 10 PC and Mobile on April 11, but the update has already been finalized and uploaded to the servers. Today, ISO files for the Creators Update for PC can be downloaded directly from Microsoft, which means that everyone can clean install Windows 10 Creators Update.
The Creators Update comes with build number 15063, and this is the version that will continue to receive monthly cumulative updates in the foreseeable future. In fact, Microsoft is expected to roll out a zero-day patch to this build when it’s released on April 11.

Just download the Update Assistant tool and upgrade to build 15063. You don’t have to be an Insider.
Currently, there is no information on when Microsoft will start updating the existing phones to Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update, but it should happen around or no longer than a few days after April 11.
