Verizon to release Lumia 735 on July 18
The phone will cost $192 contract-free
Verizon Wireless will list the Lumia 735 for online sales on July 18, according to a report from Windows Central. The smartphone has already appeared in several certification sites and databases with the new Microsoft logo instead of the Nokia’s.
Microsoft Lumia 735 for Verizon is said to cost just $192 without a contract, which is a great price. All customers can also choose an EDGE plan and buy the Windows Phone for the same price, divided into 24 months of $8.
Lumia 735 will be up for online orders at the end of the week (July 18), but the physical stores will start the a few weeks later – on July 9.
The phone will be sold with a black back cover, but customers will be able to order a cover replacement in 5 additional colors- white, cyan, red, green and orange.
Lumia 735 on Verizon is running WP8.1, but the Microsoft Windows 10 update will be coming around the end of 2015.
