September’s cumulative update for Phones released with build 14393.189
Microsoft rolls out an official cumulative update to non-Insiders
Windows 10 phones which are outside of the Insider program can now be upgraded to version 14393.189. Microsoft has just released the September’s cumulative update of the current branch (version 1607) for all Production devices.
Windows 10 Mobile 14393.189 includes three changes that could be referred to Mobile and they are the same as those in build 14393.187 released on Tuesday for PCs:
- Addressed issue causing some apps to not respond to the commands in the app bar in Windows 10 Mobile.
- Addressed issue that sometimes blocks alarm notifications in Windows 10 Mobile.

Improved support for using the camera app in Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise.
Upgrade your phone by going to Settings → Update & Security → Phone Update
