Possible Lumia 530 specs – quite disappointing

A Vietnamese online retailer has listed the yet unannounced successor of Lumia 520 on its website. If the listing is to be believed (we bet on that), then we will have a weak windows phone having almost the same hardware as its predecessor launched two years ago.

Lumia 530 is described as a Dual-SIM device with a 4-inch 480 x 854p display with ClearBlack technology. The processor is a slight update from a dual-core to a quad-core Snapdragon running 1.2 GHz with 512 MB of RAM. There is a 5-megapixel camera on the back, of course – without flash. Internal storage of this phone is just 4GB.

Leaked specs of Lumia 530 low-entry phone

So, we have basically the same gadget as the best selling Lumia to date with over 12 million activations. There are few visual differences – Lumia 530 comes on-screen buttons, as opposed to capacitive keys found on the old model. It looks like Nokia Lumia 530 is coming in blue, orange, white and green color, with no further details on availability and pricing.

Keep in mind that the new Windows Phone is still unconfirmed, so the real specs can differ from those listed above. Microsoft is expected to shed some light on this low-entry Windows smartphone in the coming weeks.
