Polish users report that some Dual-SIM Lumia 630 units are having phone call audio issue. Phone owners are complaining of no audio during both incoming and outgoing calls. It looks like there is a serious bug in the dual-SIM software in Windows Phone 8.1 affecting both the speaker and microphone. While there is no guarantee whether your device is affected or not, there is a quick procedure that will fix the issue until Microsoft find a solution to the problem with a software update:

1. Turn off the smartphone
2. Remove SIM and battery
3. Insert battery and SIM
4. Switch on the phone

If the problem exists and you have no audio, you can try to hard reset the phone. Go to Settings, About -> Reset. Don’t forget to charge your battery before the procedure.

Nokia Lumia 630 is the first Windows Phone 8.1 handset available in two variants – Single SIM and Dual-SIM. The audio problem has been found only in the DUAL-SIM model.
