The app is exclusive to Windows 10

The Professional Golf Association (PGA) has just released an official Windows application, currently live for those with Windows 10 PCs. But since this is a UWP app, PGA Tour may also be enabled to work on Windows Phones in the coming weeks or months.

PGA Tour for Windows 10 supports Live Tiles that deliver updates and standings directly to the Start Screen. The app offers stats, scorecards and player information, including graphical display of strokes gained. Moreover, PGA TOUR comes with Cortana support, allowing you to use voice commands. The Vice President of the Golf Association comments:

We are excited to work with Microsoft on this desktop app for Windows 10,” said Scott Gutterman, PGA TOUR Vice President, Digital Operations. “The new features in this app, such as Cortana, 3D shot trails and the statistics presentation, will provide a heightened means to bring PGA TOUR action to your desktop out of web browser while showcasing the PGA TOUR, our players and our tournaments in an entirely new way
