Todoist Universal Windows app is no longer a Preview

The popular task manager Todoist is finally available in the Store as a Universal Windows app. After months in testing the Preview version of the app, the company feels ready to move on and present the official version.

Todoist for Windows 10 allows users to organize tasks through simple, yet effective to-do lists, and keep track on projects and everyday activities.

Windows 10 and the Universal app platform allows you to manage tasks anywhere, on any device – the app works on PCs, tablets and phones, adapting its interface to any screen size.

Todoist syncs information between all devices you are using. That means if you make a change in a task, it will be automatically saved and synced across all Windows 10 devices.

The new app is faster – it includes a feature called Quick add. Using ‘Quick add’ you could add tasks in a single line. You just need to type name and all important information using natural language, while the app automatically recognizes and saves the information.

The Windows app also includes some unique features like a customizable Live Tile, Jump List integration, and more. Future updates will bring some other improvements – Todoist Karma, Cortana Integration, Filters and a task history.
