Here is the workaround to install mobile build 14955

Yesterday, Microsoft seeded a new Insider Preview build to the Fast Ring – build 14955. But there was a problem for many Insiders trying to upgrade from 14951 to 14955, as their phones were not seeing the update.

Fortunately, Microsoft has posted the solution to install this build:

1. Switch your device to the Slow ring

2. Change device date to 7 days in the future

3. Check for updates (should say “no updates available”)

4. Change device date back to current date

5. Change device back to Fast ring

6. Check for updates

Windows 10 Mobile and PC Build 14955 don’t include many new features, but they bring a massive number of fixes and improvements to the Fast Ring Insiders. There are some major bugs too, so think twice before installing unofficial builds on a main device. You can find the change log here.
