New update for phones on the Preview program, including all HTC models
Microsoft has just unleashed a new update to Windows Phone 8.1.1 (Update 1) for all smartphones enrolled in the Developers Preview program.
The new version 14176 is bringing Lumia Cyan firmware to more Lumia smartphones, fixes bugs, and enables OS 8.1.1 for all HTC Windows Phones.
HTC One, HTC 8S, HTC 8X, and HTC 8XT owners are finally eligible for new updates through the Developers Preview program. If you have an HTC 8S you’d better free up space for the update, otherwise you can see a storage error message.
The new 8.1.1 Update should be delivered to all Windows Phones enrolled in the program over the coming days.

Update 2: Users reports significantly faster app resuming and app opening after installing the update
