The new Insider Preview version is here

Microsoft has announced a new Insider Preview build for mobile. Build 10166 replaces build 10149, released weeks ago.

The new mobile version includes a number of small tweaks, changes and bug fixes, but more importantly – 10166 comes with significant improvements to core quality.

Microsoft explains in its blog post that many issues found in Build 10149 have been fixed – including the missing post-upgrade screen and the PIN unlock bug.

Build 10166 is also the real debut of the new Store (no more Beta), while the reliability of app downloads and updates from the Store has been improved. Among the other known changes is an improved battery icon.

You can upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview build 10166 by going to Settings -> Updates.
