Momento is a creative photo app for Windows Phone that allows you to create nice postcards from your pictures, add masks, effects and stickers, so you can memorialize all your special events and milestones captured by your Windows Phone device.

You can either snap a new photo or open an existing photo from the camera roll. The main menu is found on the top of the screen, while the editing tools are lined up across the bottom. There are five special moments you can choose – Sports, Baby, Food, Place and Event. By choosing one of the moments Momento will add a special text box to your photo, and then you can apply many Stickers, Frames or Effects creating a unique photo postcard. You can specify location and the app will add it to the photo.

Other settings options include:

• Changing opacity and visibility of the effects
• Adding a calendar
• Date
• Time
• Social networks – connect to your Twitter and Facebook accounts for easy sharing
  

Momento automatically crops and resizes the edited photos to 1280 x 1280 pixels. The app is free and you can grab it from the link below.
