Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile get a cumulative update through the Insider Program

Microsoft is rolling out a new build to Insiders on the Release Preview Ring. PCs and Phones will be updated to Build 14393.479 which doesn’t include new features, but only minor under the hood improvements and fixes.

Microsoft is releasing the last official cumulative update for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile for 2017 on December 13 to all non-Insider devices (Production ring). The company may decide to release 14393.479 or a newer build as the December 2017 cumulative update.
