Microsoft rolls out the revamped Maps experience to non-Insiders
Microsoft released the improved Maps app for Windows Insiders a few months ago with the promise that by the summer everyone would be able to use the app regardless of their Insider status. Today, the company is ready to roll out the update to everyone using a Windows 10 device. With this update, Windows Maps gets many new features and improvements (detailed here), so the departure of the HERE apps from Windows 10 shouldn’t be so painful for us.
