First photos of the ‘Selfie Phone’ Lumia 730 running new firmware
The upcoming mid-range device codenamed Superman with focus on front-facing camera capabilities has leaked in a set of photos. Nokia Lumia 730 has popped up in bright green color with a camera hump similar to Lumia 925, but with a single flash instead of duo LED.
What’s interesting in the photos is that the Superman apparently works with a new firmware with the internal codename ‘Lumia Debian Red’. This is the fourth consequential firmware for Lumia devices, with unknown improvement and features.
All previous Lumia firmwares were named after colors: Amber, Black, Cyan, and if Microsoft keeps the alphabetic order the new firmware should start with ‘D’.
What we know about the Nokia Lumia 730? It is a mid range device. There is a 4.7 inch screen, a 5MP front camera and an 8MP rear facing shooter. The remaining specs are yet to be revealed and we will update you accordingly as new information becomes available.
