Dell unveiled new 2-in-1 laptops, including a 17-inch model
The new 2-in-1s starting at just $249
Dell has used the stage at Computex 2016 in Taiwan to unveil a line of new 2-in-1s devices running Windows 10. The sales of hybrid laptops have been on the rise in recent years despite the decline of the overall PC market.
Dell has announced three new models from the Dell Inspiron 7000 Series. These are touch notebook computers with a versatile 360-degree hinge for four modes – laptop, tent, stand and tablet. The new Inspiron 7000 2-in-1s come in three variants – with a 13-inch, 15-inch or 17-inch screen, available from June 2 on Dell.com in the US starting at $749. They include FHD screens, 6th gen Intel Core processor, USB Type-C, SSD, infrared cameras and special audio software for great multimedia experience.
Dell Inspiron 3000 series now has a new 11.6-inch 2-in-1 with an HD screen, up to Intel Core M3 processor, USB 3.0 and Windows 10, starting at just $249.
The Inspiron 5000 series offers new 13-inch and 15-inch laptops with FullHD displays. These two models can be configured with up to 16 GB of RAM. The price of the entry-level model is $529.
The new line-up of laptops will be available in the US and China from June.
