PhotoMic lets you make comic pages from photos

With this app for Windows Phone you can use different effects and page layouts, add speech balloons, texts, and apply sketch templates, so you can create a nice comic book on your smartphone.

All images can be edited, rotated, re-scaled, and free-transformed. Bubble callouts can be resized and you can add text to each bubble choosing the right font style and size.

The free version includes a number of page layouts, but if you upgrade there will be even more templates and styles.

First you need to select a template, and then its size. There are two size options – Full Screen or Square. Then just add photos into the sections. Adjust each picture by scaling, rotating, or flipping.

If you want to add balloons there are some pre-loaded shapes available. Position them on the screen and add some text. You can change fonts and sizes.

Once you’ve finished with adjusting and editing it would be a good idea to save the draft for further changes. You can save either the original or the Sketch version.
