Future Redstone builds to offer even more connected experience across devices

A leaked screenshot of an upcoming Windows 10 Mobile ‘Redstone’ build reveals that Cortana on a connected Windows 10 device (PC) will soon be able to inform you when the phone’s battery level is low.

The current official versions of Windows 10 Desktop and Mobile already include a connected experience, but Cortana only informs you out about missed phone calls.

With the Redstone update Microsoft is apparently going to expand the capabilities of the digital assistant by including battery level and app notifications sent from the phone to a connected PC (a device that uses the same Microsoft account).

Microsoft already released the first test Redstone builds for Desktop and Mobile for Insiders on the Fast Ring.
