The best Flickr client for Windows Phone
Flickr is a popular image hosting website with over 85 million registered users and around 3.5 million uploaded images each day. Several third-party Flickr clients are available in the Store but there is an app called ‘Flickr Booth’ that is probably the best option you can download right now. The app has been recently updated to version 2.7.1 with minor improvements in auto upload selection and some bug fixes.
Flickr Booth allows you to view pictures in HD, snap and share photos with friends using your phone’s camera. There are more than 50 filters that come with the app so you can edit your pictures, add titles, group images, create a photoset and finally upload to Flickr. With a few clicks you can share pictures on Twitter and Facebook or save them to the Cloud (OneDrive).
The app shows your friends’ recent activity and you can comment, favorite and download pictures you like. There is a search option allowing you to browse in Getty collections, photos and galleries, while you can change privacy settings and permissions for each of your photos and albums. Filmstrip navigation is among the newest features in the app – it allows you to quickly jump to pictures with similar context directly from the viewer.
