Windows 10 Anniversary Update for phones still not available

It seems that the Windows 10 Anniversary Update has been released to some of the Lumia smartphones. Users from Europe (non-Insiders) informs Windows Phone Area that phones like the Lumia 535 and Lumia 640 have already received Windows 10 Mobile Build 14393.5 right from build 10586. We don’t know if this is a planned, limited roll out for testing purposes, or the update has accidentally slipped out of the Insider rings.

The company should formally announce the big Update later today, providing information on which devices will be included in the first wave.

Microsoft already released mobile build 14393.5 to Insiders on Fast, Slow and Release Preview rings, while the PC version expected to be released today to non-Insiders is 14393.10. Microsoft may also release a quick cumulative update for build 14393 in the next few days.
