Rovio Entertainment makes all games free on Windows Phone

All Angry Birds games are now free to download from the Windows Phone Store. After turning a few games into free earlier this year, Rovio is now making all older Angry Birds games free for download from the store. While the older titles are now free, the latest release called Angry Birds Transformers is still a paid game, and will remain paid until another new game launches in the future.

Angry Birds is a popular game series released by the Finish company Rovio Entertainment Ltd. in December 2009. Originally started for iPhones, today the Angry Birds are available to all major mobile and desktop platforms, and the games have reached 2 billion downloads.
