Windows Insider Redstone Build 14295 goes live for PC and Mobile
A few changes in the new Windows 10 ‘Redstone’ compilation
Microsoft has released a new build of Windows 10 for both PCs and phones. The new complication has number 14295 and brings a very few improvements compared with build 14291 released earlier in March.
Windows 10 Insider Preview Redstone build doesn’t include new features, but only small fixes for PCs and phones. Microsoft has fixed the bug with backup restoring not working after a hard reset, so you can now have your apps installed and restored properly.
The second bug Microsoft has fixed is where new languages and keyboards were not downloading.
Windows 10 Mobile Redstone builds are now available to download from all eligible smartphones, but keep in mind that the current build 14295 is only released in the Fast Ring. We don’t recommend installing Redstone builds yet unless you have a spare phone for tests as these first builds have bugs and don’t bring so many interesting new features.
Microsoft will be sharing more about its plans for Mobile and PC during the BUILD conference next week.
