New Insider Preview build brings a number of improvements and fixes

Windows 10 Insider Preview build 14915 is now available for Insiders on the Fast Ring. With this build Microsoft improves many things and fixes some issues for both PC and Mobile.

The improvements for PCs include a better Cortana text to speech functionality, no more crashes of the Settings app, translation improvements, more reliable Windows Insider Program page in Settings, and more. There are also several known issues for PCs you should read about before installing this build.
