Windows 10 Update for December is live for PC and Mobile
Build 14393.576 released as December 2016 cumulative update
December’s Patch Tuesday gave us Build 14393.576 for both PC and Phone, an official cumulative update available for production devices (non-insiders) on the Anniversary Update branch (14393). For this update, Microsoft provides a changelog that doesn’t specifically mentions what’s fixed for PC and what targets Mobile:

Improved reliability of Security Support Provider Interface.

Addressed a service crash in CDPSVC that in some situations could lead to the machine not being able to acquire an IP address.
