A preliminary list with phones supporting the second public build of Windows 10 for Phones

Microsoft yesterday shed some light on the upcoming public build of Windows 10 for phones, and we have a preliminary list with models which will be able to install the next Technical Preview expected after a week or two.

Microsoft has added a massive number of Lumia phones to the list with supported models after fixing the partition size issues found before the first preview rolled out in February. Currently, Lumia 930 is out of the list because of a bug unique for this model that Microsoft is still chasing down.

Each of the current Lumia smartphones has been tested, but Microsoft still needs a week’s time to validate individual phones before rolling out the Preview to Windows Insiders. Here are some important notes:

• If, during our testing, we find a device specific bug it MAY be pulled from the list.
• If a phone isn’t listed here it is likely because we have found such a bug, but it MAY get fixed before the next flight.
