Full Windows 10 with Win32 support may also be coming to ARM devices
According to Microsoft documentation, the company is working on bringing the full potential of Windows 10 to even more devices.
There is a mention of Windows 10 Mobile x86, a platform that can be linked with the rumored Surface phone – a device expected to run Win32 apps, and based on an Intel processor.
Windows 10 Mobile with support for Win32 programs and Continuum would turn a future (Surface) phone into a real Desktop computer.
In addition, there is evidence that Microsoft may be considering to develop a full version of Windows for ARM devices like the old Surface RT. Windows 10 for Desktop on ARM chips would also allow users to install win32 apps on these devices.
