Continuum and Bluetooth not working in latest Fast Ring build

Windows 10 Mobile build 15031 is live for Insiders in the Fast Ring, but you have no reasons to upgrade. This build introduces only a tiny feature – a new Share icon. At the same time, there are some major problems in 15031 – like Bluetooth pairing, Wireless Display functionality and Wireless Continuum not working. Speech packs will also be unable to download.

Aside these problems, Microsoft fixed and improved many things in Windows 10 Mobile. You can read the full change log here, but think twice before leaving the reliable official build for this Fast Ring release.
