Windows 10 Insider Preview 14332 released for PC and Mobile
Quests inside the Feedback hub will be published this week
Microsoft has today released Windows 10 Build 14332 to Insiders in the Fast Ring. This build brings a number of improvements and fixes to both Mobile and PC, but also marks the start of the ‘Bug Bash’.
During the next four days, both Windows Insiders and Microsoft developers working on Windows 10 will resolve multiple Quests inside the Feedback Hub that will be focused on different areas of the platform. Windows Insiders will be encouraged to send feedback on these Quests.
Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview 14332 includes many bug fixes and improvements. Here are some of them:
-
Camera app now works on phones like Lumia 435, 532, 535 and 540
-
Press and hold on the Camera in Action center will launch the camera
-
Improvements to Cortana’s share UI for Reminders
-
Lock-screen status numbers appear correctly
-
Auto brightness is enabled by default after a hard reset
This build for the Fast Ring also includes some bugs that could ruin your experience if you install 14332 on a primary phone. Read about all known issues for Mobile and think twice before installing this build.
Of course, using the Windows Device Recovery Tool you can always downgrade to Windows Phone 8.1 and then install the official build – 10586.218.
