Windows 10 cumulative update 10586.306 reportedly being tested
Microsoft to release a new cumulative update this week
The Windows team is currently evaluating new Windows 10 builds for a possible official roll out to production devices and Insiders on the Release Preview ring.
One of the main candidates for the roll out this week is build 10586.306 which reportedly includes some under the hood performance improvements, fixes and tweaks.
Windows 10 Mobile 10586.306 (or higher) could be released to the public on Tuesday, May 10, according to our sources. The cumulative update will reach both Windows 10 PC and Mobile, and it will be one of the last updates to the current branch before the big Redstone 1 update in July. While the cumulative updates for Windows 10 10586 are focused on improving the performance of the OS, Redstone 1 will bring changes and new features to the general public.
