Is this the final build for the Anniversary Update?

While Microsoft is gearing up to release the Anniversary Update in August, upgrading millions of PCs and phones to the latest version of Windows 10, those users on the Insider program might have already installed the RTM build.

Windows 10 build 14393, which was released in the Fast Ring on Monday, is now available for those on the Slow Ring. This is the latest stable build for the general public and one of the main candidates for the Anniversary Update on August 2. If this is the RTM build for August, Microsoft should make it available for the Release Preview ring in the coming days.

However, even if build 14393 is final for Redstone 1 development, we can receive a quick zero day patch as a cumulative update immediately after the official update.
