Overall, WP 8.1 gets very positive responses from both media and regular users. Yes, it is not perfect, but definitely Microsoft is moving into the right direction. Here are some headlines and quotes we’ve found on the Internet.

Gigaom writes: Smarter, better and more personal. Make no mistake: Although Windows Phone 8.1 is a “point” update from the prior version, this software is filled with fantastic features. If developers take advantage of Universal Windows Apps, Microsoft will reap big rewards.
