Vinci for Windows Phone is the faster alternative to Prisma
Vinci offers non-traditional photo filters
The new photo-editing app, originally released for iOS and Android two weeks ago, has now made its way to Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 10 Mobile, offering interesting artsy photo filters. Vinci is similar to Prisma – a popular iOS app. It takes a photo or select one from the camera roll, and then apply one of the artistic filters.
Vinci lacks some of the features available in Prisma, like the gradient tool for manual adjustments of the effects, but the app is much faster when it loads photos and applies filters. Switching between filters is also quite fast and reliable. After you’ve applied an effect, you can save and share the image to social networks, OneDrive or email.
The good news is that V Kontakte, the Russian social network who develops Vinci, has promised many new filters and effects will be added to the app soon. Vinci will get a quick button for auto-enhance, and more.
