Microsoft has expanded the text predictions to more languages with Insider Build 14946. The last public Redstone 2 build, currently available in Insider Fast Ring, supports keyboard predictions for additional languages:

• Afrikaans
• Albanian
• Armenian
• Azerbaijani
• Bulgarian
• Basque
• Bangla
• Estonian
• Galician

• Georgian
• Slovenian
• Swahili
• Hausa
• Kazakh
• Latvian
• Lithuanian
• Macedonian
• Uzbek

If you use any of these languages, you should be happy that Microsoft finally updated the language packs to support text prediction. The text predictions for these languages will be coming to all non-Insiders with the official Redstone 2 update, currently scheduled for Match 2017.
