New menu for Skype Qik, new editing tools for Fhotoroom

Two of the apps we are following closely at Windows Phone Area have gained new features in latest updates. For Skype Qik, the new instant video messaging app, the update brings a new quick menu for sending, saving or deleting messages. In addition, Skype Qik 1.3.1.235 comes with a special Holiday surprise.

The popular photo editing app Fhotoroom has been updated to version 14.7, adding a couple of interesting new editing tools. The main EDIT tool now offers eighteen non-destructive filters with unlimited UNDO history. Straightening and Auto Cropping are now faster and users can create groups of photos. Finally, the usual bug fixes and general improvements can also be seen in the official changelog.
