Keyboard Settings Tips for Windows 10 Mobile

By default, the keyboard in Windows 10 Mobile doesn’t include a language switch key, so you are switching between languages by swiping the space bar. This solution works well and is convenient to change the language, but you may prefer to have a standalone key for language switching. Here is how to enable the virtual button:

1. In the keyboard, long press the key with three dots (… &123)

2. Select the gear key to jump to ‘Settings’

3. Tap ‘More keyboard settings’

4. Select the option to ‘Show the language switching key’.

Now the keyboard in Windows 10 Mobile has a language switch key. Tap the icon to change the language.
