‘Reset App’ is a new feature for Windows 10 Mobile coming with the Creators Update

Another unreleased feature has been spotted in internal Windows 10 Mobile builds – ‘Reset App‘. According to Aggiornamenti Lumia, Microsoft is working on Advanced app options hidden in the Settings menu. Reset App would allow users to easily reset an app without uninstalling and reinstalling it from the Windows Store. The feature would help in many situations, especially when the app doesn’t operate normally, or you need to free up space.
The Reset App functionally is expected to debut alongside other new features like new Share UI with the Creators Update for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile in early 2017. According to the report, the Reset App feature will be coming soon to the Windows Insiders who are running Windows 10 Mobile Redstone 2 builds on the Fast ring.
