Microsoft rolls out build 15063.215 as official Creators Update for phones

The official Creators Update (Redstone 2) is finally available for the 13 phones eligible for the software actualization. Microsoft stared the roll out of the update on April 26 to non-Insiders, only a day after the same build appeared for Insiders in the Release Preview ring.

According to Dona Sarkar from Microsoft, the update is rolling out in waves across regions, so it may need some days to reach all devices. We can confirm that the Lumia 950 is receiving the update in Europe, appearing as April 2017 Update for Windows 10 Version 10.0.15063.251 for arm-based Phone Devices.

Phones not in the list can still upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update via the Windows Insider program and the Release Preview Ring.
