Windows Camera now has a Panorama feature

A new update of the Camera app (2016.715.21.0) is now rolling out to Insiders on the Fast Ring, bringing the much-requested Panorama mode to the app. Microsoft Camera for Windows 10 now has the ability to capture a panoramic photo as you slowly rotate the phone from left to right in a portrait mode.

With the addition of the panorama mode all Windows 10 (Phone), one can use the build-in camera app to capture nice panoramic photos. We’ve already tested the feature and it works pretty great on our Lumia 950 on the Insider Preview.

While the new update is currently available only for Insiders, Microsoft will probably release it to everyone with Windows 10 in time for the Anniversary Update early next month.
