Outlook Mail & Calendar updated with a ‘Dark Theme’
Windows 10 Outlook gets new personalization options and menu changes
Microsoft has updated Outlook Mail and Calendar for Windows 10 Phones and the new version includes a highly requested feature – Dark Theme.
There are also some significant changes in the menus – Settings are no longer hidden in the hamburger menu and can be accessed by clicking on the ellipsis menu at the bottom, which is far more convenient.
Inside Settings is the new menu called ‘Personalization’ where you can set an accent color and choose a light or dark theme. You can also select to match your main Windows Phone theme and accent color.
Other changes in the new Mail & Calendar apps include minor tweaks in the menu styles and the removal of the shortcut to switch between Mail and Calendar.
Windows Mail & Calendar for Windows 10 PC also received an update with the same personalization options, Settings in the ellipsis menu and some minor tweaks.
