Nokia Music is an excellent app for music streaming. It offers hours of online music and has the potential to compete popular services such as Xbox Music and Pandora. The app has just been updated with new features for better user`s experience.

The new features include notifications and favorite artists. For better personalization of the music experience the user has the option to “like” his favorite artists. In addition, the app will also like artists based on the playlist history and music library. Once the user liked an artist, he starts getting a notification each time when the artist releases a new music.

Nokia Music notifies the user even when his favorite artist has a new gig announced. Thus, he does not have to worry of missing any of the shows. By pinning Nokia Music on the Home Screen, the user will be able to see the artworks for recently played tracks in the Live Tile, as well as the latest news. Also, the user can play mixes created by Nokia`s music experts. The app is available for download from today for all Lumia users using Windows Phone 8. It can be downloaded here.
