Microsoft is testing version 10549.4

Microsoft is currently evaluating a new Windows 10 Mobile build for ‘Fast ring’ Insiders. The next release candidate is build 10549.4, which, according to Gabriel Aul, looks very good and may be unleashed in the coming days.

The company follows very strict procedures before rolling out preview builds to ensure that the software is functioning properly on Insiders’ devices.

The current Mobile build is already a month old, so many users have been anticipating the next version of the OS, which should be very close to final, considering the fact that Lumia 950 & 950 XL will be out in November.

So, if the build passes the internal tests, you can expect it coming very soon, maybe even today or tomorrow. Stay tuned.
