New test version of Windows 10 introduces Timeline, Sets, many improvements
Build 17063 is available for PC in the Fast Ring
Users who joined the Insider program can now install build 17063 on their Windows 10 PCs. This build introduces many new features and changes, such as Timeline and Sets announced earlier this year.
Timeline is a feature that allows you to resume past activities on this or other PCs, Android or iOS devices. It enhances Task View, showing snapshots of the most relevant activities in a chronological order or for a specific day. It has also a search bar. In the Settings Page you can find a new tab called ‘Activity History’ where you can filter activities from different accounts.
With this build, Sets is coming to Windows Insiders as a very early preview with limited functionality, but once finished in 2018, it will enhance your productivity as you could open apps as tabs, not only as separate windows.
Windows 10 build 17063 from the RS4 branch includes many Cortana improvements. For example, the notebook has a brand new look with a new home called Organizer. There are also many other changes and improvements here and there in Windows 10 for which you can read more in this blog post.
