Updates for both the Windows Phone and Windows 8 app

Microsoft has released new versions of the Music Deals applications for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone. The list with new features includes buttons (home, share, pin, help) and additional deals, while the overall performance has been improved. The new release for Windows phones comes with Live Tile and interface tweaks.
