Mobile build 10240 leaked online, but you’d better wait
Microsoft is working on a build newer than 10240
An unofficial ROM of Windows 10 Mobile build 10240 has leaked in China and can found on public file sharing sites. Only three devices are said to be supported (Lumia 930, 640 and 640 XL), but installing this ROM on any of them is not recommended, so we won’t provide the download links.
Microsoft’s Gabriel Aul informs on Twitter that Build 10240 won’t be released to Windows Insiders because of a stopping bug found in the build.
@KingNickl3s @Ickis99 @talhafarooq11 10240 has a blocking bug for Mobile, we need a newer build with the fix.

The good news is that the company will release a newer build in the coming days – as soon as the bug is fixed.
Meanwhile, NPU reports that Build 10240 includes Android and Linux core files, which would allow running of ported Android apps. Earlier this year, Microsoft unveiled that it would allow developers to easily convert their existing apps into Windows 10 apps via special tools. To be able to run these ported apps in a Windows environment, Microsoft is working on a special Android subsystem for Windows 10 Mobile.
