The apps also support full HD output

Microsoft has today rolled out new updates to its video editing apps – Movie Creator Beta and Video Tuner. Both apps now support 4k videos and can save edited videos at 1080p resolutions (Full HD).

Movie Creator Beta is a free tool for making your own movies by combining different file formats (photos, videos, mp3s, cinemagraphs) and then applying themes, filters and effects to the project. The videos can be saved with a max 1080p output on a supported device. Movie Creator Beta for Windows Phone can be grabbed for free from here.

Video Tuner is a video editing tool for adding effects and making your videos look better. Supported are tools like adjusting exposure, contrast, saturation, speed. Videos can be cropped, rotated, trimmed or enriched with music. Here is the download link from the Windows Phone Store.
