Microsoft Translator supports new languages
Translator updated to version 3.2
The former Bing Translator, now Microsoft Translator app, has been updated with support for new languages and more English, Spanish and French versions. The new version of Microsoft Translator is 3.2, and it adds voice translation in four new languages – Russian, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean.
In addition, the update brings support for voice translation in more variants of three popular languages – English (for India, Australia, Canada), Spanish (Mexico), and French (Canada).
Microsoft Translator also offers text translation in 45 languages even without internet connection, camera translation, text to speech, word of the day, and more. Offline language packages for text translation can be downloaded so you can avoid using the Internet, while other features like voice and camera translation require an access to the internet.
A special section ‘Word of the Day’ provides fresh new words each day and you can pin this or other modes on the Start screen for a quick access and information at a glance. Translator is a free app, available in the Store.
