You will be able to download fonts and language packs from the Store

Microsoft is planning to release fonts and language packs in the Windows Store. Instead of using Windows Update or websites to download them, you will have to just visit the store and download what you need, just like you download apps, games and movies. The company has already uploaded several languages packs and fonts for an internal test run, and they may be available for download for everyone with the Redstone 4 update.

Here is a link to the Arial Nova font in the Microsoft Store. The description says that this font works on PC, Mobile, Hub and Holo Lens, but requires Windows 10 Version 17040 or higher. This is an indication that the fonts could be downloaded only on devices with the Restone 4 update or newer.

The language packs and the fonts may be available for Insiders for testing in the coming months ahead of the official Redstone 4 update.
